Abstract

This research paper will explore the impact of the shift to remote work onwork culture and the future of the workplace. Work from home (WFH) innovations, notably driven in drove by COVID-19, has radically altered the culture of work and redefined the old office. In this paper, we look at the main effects of WFH on organizational structure, wellbeing, and productivity. And it also discusses the latest trends and possible future paths of workplace transformation, as flexible working is weighed against remote collaboration.
