Abstract
Wireless control systems have emerged as a pivotal innovation in the realm of large-scale industrial automation, offering substantial advantages over traditional wired systems in terms of scalability, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. This technical paper explores the motivations behind adopting wire- less solutions, emphasizing their capacity to meet the dynamic demands of modern industrial environments. Key methods in designing and implementing these systems are discussed, including the utilization of advanced technologies such as IoT, machine learning, and robust network protocols like Zigbee and Wi-Fi, alongside communication standards that ensure seamless integration across diverse industrial processes.
