This article explores best practices for managing these constraints and enhancing audit quality. It examines methods for optimizing resource allocation, including strategic staffing and skill alignment, to meet the diverse technical requirements of IT audits. Budgeting strategies are also discussed, focusing on efficient cost management without compromising the depth and scope of audit coverage.
