Abstract

This article describes the physical aspects of pain and inflammation. The aim is to study pain, inflammation and their pathophysiology, including the mechanism of inflammationand the various pathways involved in the mechanism of the inflammatory response and intracellular signaling and extracellular used to initiate and initiate. And study of various marketed preparations. It stimulates various receptors and hormones. It is one of the most common problems and one of the most difficult to diagnose, and it can be seen in normal people. Various mediators such as IL, PG, PAF, LT and cytokines cause inflammation and pain. There are many types of drugs used to treat inflammation, such as salicylates, propionic acid, pyrazolone derivatives, arylacetic acid, oxicam, and pyrrolepyrrole derivatives.
